7-Eleven District Managers are multi-unit managers who direct and lead multiple store locations. District Managers oversee fuel sales, inside retail sales, facility maintenance, inventory management and employee leadership at each of their locations. The typical district has 80-120 team members and operates 24/7, 365 days a year.
As a District Manager, you are passionate about developing and leading an effective team, driving store sales and providing a delightful customer experience. Your leadership qualities give you the edge in successfully managing a portfolio of multi-unit locations and executing company strategies without compromising on customer experiences. This position reports to the Regional Directors.
