    7-Eleven District Managers are multi-unit managers who direct and lead multiple store locations. District Managers oversee fuel sales, inside retail sales, facility maintenance, inventory management and employee leadership at each of their locations. The typical district has 80-120 team members and operates 24/7, 365 days a year.


    As a District Manager, you are passionate about developing and leading an effective team, driving store sales and providing a delightful customer experience. Your leadership qualities give you the edge in successfully managing a portfolio of multi-unit locations and executing company strategies without compromising on customer experiences.     This position reports to the Regional Directors.

    • Ability to lead a team to maximize store sales and profitability
    • Oversight preparation of merchandise placement and displays
    • Working with both vendors and store managers to eliminate out of stocks and increase inventory turns
    • Collaborating with store managers on issues of store cleanliness, maintenance, employee hiring, etc.
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies/procedures
    • Ability to interact with all levels in an organization
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • Intermediate skills in MS Office and suite
    • Ability to align team members with 7-Eleven culture by coaching the details, focusing on the strengths and developing opportunities
    • Ability to motivate and empower 7-Eleven’s Plan to Succeed program to achieve higher levels of performance
    • Ability to set goals, create plans and deliver results


    • High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Minimum of five years previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
    • Experience overseeing loss prevention activities
    • Demonstrated success coaching and developing teams
    • Knowledge of and skill in analyzing profit and loss statement and overall financial performance of store
    • Open availability - evening, weekends and holidays
